Robert Fisher, A long way from William Creek - Nov 11 - 18

Robert Fisher - A long way from William Creek exhibition kicked off with a wonderful opening night. There were literally people pushing past ladders and lights while we were still setting up to get first selection of these fantastic paintings. Robert had a great deal on insight about his pieces for those lucky enough to have a chat with him. We also screened footage of his many flights and painting expeditions to William Creek and beyond.

The works are now online. Click here to view them.

Peter Coad Exhibition - Online Now

A return to vibrant colour is on the cards and Peter Coads' masterful works are evidence to the fact. This striking exhibition is everything we hoped it would be and as expected, was indeed worth the wait. The exhibition opening was a wonderful night and these new works were greatly appreciated by Peters' many seasoned collectors along with newcomers to his work.

All the works are now available to view online and to purchase. As always (even more so with these works), a computer display simply doesn't do them justice. If you have some time and are in Sydney, I'd strongly urge you to come in to our Gallery at 17 Bligh Street.

Ancient Landscapes by Peter Coad

On Tuesday the 21st of October we will be opening a new exhibition of paintings by the remarkable Peter Coad.

The aptly titled Ancient Landscapes exhibition includes paintings from his travels to the Flinders Ranges, Coorong, Lake Eyre, the Kimberley, Daintree, and Grampians along with Kakadu, Uluru, Kata Tjuta, and the East MacDonald Ranges. With a painting itinerary like that extending for over a year, it's no wonder his work has been difficult to get. This collection by Peter Coad has been a long time in the making and is sure to be a standout in his stellar career that so far totals more than 50 solo exhibitions.

If you'd like to come along to the preview on Tuesday the 21st, and are not on our email mailing list click here to join artmail and receive invitations to exhibitions and art gallery news.
